A LainePassion for Healthy

As a true to life Nutritarian™, I enjoy finding the freshest, healthiest, tastiest meals, and best quality fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, beans, and fish to feed on.  Even a nice quality cooked, grass fed, hormone free piece of meat now and then is nourishing and delectable.

With this organic nutritarian practice of eating, there are no restrictions, however, a true nutritarian strives for the highest nutrient-dense super foods (top of the ANDI list) as a part of every meal.  Knowledge of the ANDI list, recognition of dietary recommendation percentages by the FDA, along with awareness of your body’s needs allows us to be healthier by eating what we want, staying energized, and feeling satiated.

I am dedicated and delighted to find and share all of the freshest, and most nutritionally dense menus and recipes around.  Follow my blog as I explore Chicago and travel the world critiquing cuisine, sharing customs, and uncovering culinary tradition and infusing a healthy, creative twist of wellness into everything.

While the wellness wave is crowded, I wonder if some people are in denial of their state of health or not educated enough to care.

The value and enjoyment found in exploring new foods, and regularly exercising while consuming a balanced, nutrient dense diet is unsurmountable.  Let us commit to digging society out of its self-destructive state of excess and sedimentation.  It’s time to open our eyes and brains.

What minds crave and bodies desire will definitely differ person to person and from time to time.  However, the research behind the benefits of consuming a variety of  nutrient dense, antioxidant rich food is undeniable.

If you want to maintain a well balanced, healthy lifestyle for yourself, your family, or your business, stick with me.  I can show you the Nutritarian™ way to health.

Keep an eye out for her cookbook NutraFoodie that is debuting in the next couple of months.

Be Well.  Your health affects you and everyone close to you.

I have to admit, it’s a pretty solid Blog. I typically find myself uncomfortably bored with these things. However the ones I’ve read kept me extremely interested, not to mention your facts are incredibley accurate… nice job lady!
